European Human Capital Effectiveness Report
2008 marks the 15th edition of the European Human Capital Effectiveness Report - a comprehensive source of human capital measurement data. It presents a portfolio of people performance indicators across industry sectors and Europe, together with detailed guidance on the methodology and application of human capital measurement.
The aims of the report
