European Human Capital Effectiveness Report


2008 marks the 15th edition of the European Human Capital Effectiveness Report - a comprehensive source of human capital measurement data. It presents a portfolio of people performance indicators across industry sectors and Europe, together with detailed guidance on the methodology and application of human capital measurement.

The aims of the report

Content and coverage
The analysis covers over 19,500 European organisations, together with the latest comprehensive data submissions from more than 750 Saratoga clients for financial years ending up to the summer of 2007. The following areas of metric measurement are covered:

    • Productivity and ROI (reviews investment in people against revenue earned and costs incurred)
