Measuring global human capital effectiveness

PricewaterhouseCoopers Saratoga is currently recruiting companies to join the global human capital effectiveness survey programme for 2008/09.

The report assesses workforce and HR function performance at a global level and is appropriate for companies with:

• significant operations operating in at least three of the four major regions of the world – North America, Europe, Asia and South America; and
• global revenues of at least $1billion; or
• a minimum of 5,000 employees.

The survey incorporates approximately 60 metrics measuring:

• Workforce productivity
• Span of control
• Succession planning
• Turnover
• Staff costs
• HR structure and cost
• Learning and development cost and frequency
• Recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
