Measuring global human capital effectiveness
PricewaterhouseCoopers Saratoga is currently recruiting companies to join the global human capital effectiveness survey programme for 2008/09.
The report assesses workforce and HR function performance at a global level and is appropriate for companies with:
- significant operations operating in at least three of the four major regions of the world – North America, Europe, Asia and South America; and
- global revenues of at least $1billion; or
- a minimum of 5,000 employees.
The survey incorporates approximately 60 metrics measuring:
- Workforce productivity
- Span of control
- Succession planning
- Turnover
- Staff costs
- HR structure and cost
- Learning and development cost and frequency
- Recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
