Talent network


Talent management is a critical business challenge. In response to this, Saratoga launched the talent network in September 2003 creating a diverse group of HR professionals to discuss "talent" within a robust measurement and benchmarking context.

  • Measuring the effectiveness of existing talent management policies
  • Developing future leaders

  • Providing a solid base from which members can measure, discuss and develop their talent management.
